Concentrated Juice

After a few months, I finally finished the TBS shirt! I must say this was one of the longest designs I've worked on and I enjoyed making it. So here it is, and available in the store!

A small video

I felt this blog needs something to make it spread the word. So with that in mind I thought about making a video and upload it on youtube.

So we gathered up some clothes and I wore them all. And thats pretty much it.

This was my first promotional video of some sort, so it's not perfect. But you learn from your errors and that's what this blog is about: The development of what we know about design and art and all that through times. So we can have a laugh later.

First testimonial

Today I got my first testimonial that, thought it was webcam screen capped, it's still a testimonial! This is from Jake, from the USA and he bought a Lemon-Aid T-shirt, which he received a few days ago. Though he did try to buy it a few months ago on our old store at MySoti.com (which never came) he bought it again on our new and current store in Spreadshirt.com

So thanks again, Jake! This certainly means a lot to me as it is the first time I see something I made on the other side of the world.

I discentered the design to avoid the monotonous effect and as I still had some space left, I prolonged some shapes.

Remake: Empaled Hippy Skull

So heres the remake. Hope you like it (got some good feedback from the female population, SHOWER ME WITH SOME LOVE HONEYS!)

Yeah so I'm remaking the skull-chich kebab-hippy.

So D3 sends me a message on msn messenger while I'm working on the new skull, I open the message and when I reopen the skull to continue working on it, it kinda blew up unexpectadly. And it looked really cool. And now here it is:

Try searching for "Lemon Aid" on Google. You'll see a pic that is similar to my "Lemon Aid" design. I was totally unaware of this until someone pointed out. So I made a new version of "Lemon Aid"

I got the idea of this thanks to my arts history teacher. He showed our class a photo of this romanic sculpture of some creature that looked lonely, that was in a church. So yeah I thought it might look good on a tshirt:
